The Pop-Shove it[]

  1. Set your feet up like you would for an ollie, with your front foot slightly further back than usual
  2. Hit your tail, but instead of pushing straight down and jumping straight up, push down and behind you with the ball of your foot.
  3. Take your weight completely off your front foot so there is nothing to stop the board from turning. Once you have hit the tail and pushed down and behind you, the board should go into the air and start to turn under you.
  4. Jump in the air above the board, and let the board come up to your feet.
  5. Let the board hit your front foot when it is nearly as high as it can go.
  6. Bring your back foot over and onto the board so your feet are on it like they would be at the peak of an ollie.
